One plan, €29 a month plus VAT, with every feature included — or €24 a month billed yearly, which is two months free. We don't charge per computer or per receipt. The first 50 practices lock their price for as long as they stay with us. The first month is free and you don't need a card to start.
Email reminders are unlimited and 50 SMS a month are included in the plan. If you need more, you buy a pack inside the app, whenever you need it: 100 SMS for €9, 250 for €20, 500 for €35 or 1,000 for €60, plus VAT. It's a one-off purchase, not a subscription, and the messages never expire.
Whatever makes Klynic better at the practice's work — new procedures, dental chart improvements, speed, e-prescribing when it arrives — goes into your plan at no extra charge. If we ever build something entirely different that has its own cost for us, it will have its own price and you will choose it. Nothing you already have will ever move behind a new charge.
You record the payment at the end of the visit. Klynic fills in the series, tax number and VAT exemption from your practice's details, submits to AADE and returns the MARK to the patient's record. No second program and no extra module.
Send us whatever you have — Excel, CSV or an export from your current software. We upload it together, check names, phone numbers, history and balances, and you open with your patients already in. At no charge.
